Famous American singer Lionel Richie was hospitalized after feeling unwell after a concert in St. Louis, where doctors are assessing his condition.
According to American media, 77-year-old Lionel Richie went to a local hospital for a medical examination after performing at ‘The Mewni’ in Forest Park, St. Louis on the night of August 29, where he has been kept in the intensive care unit (ICU).
According to reports, doctors are assessing whether the singer’s condition deteriorated due to mild dehydration. Sources say that Lionel Richie is being monitored in the hospital as a precaution and is expected to be discharged by Tuesday.
According to those present at the concert, the singer appeared to be in some difficulty in the final part of the performance. During his last song ‘All Night Long’, he asked his team for a chair and finished the performance sitting down.
This is Lionel Richie’s second health-related incident this year.
