According to the prosecution, the accused are accused of kidnapping the plaintiff Muhammad Mutal from Shahrah-e-Faisal on April 23 and robbing him of crypto-currency and other goods worth Rs 2.494 million. Later, the accused fled after leaving the plaintiff in Korangi Industrial Area.
Actor Muneeb Butt has been declared innocent in the interim challan. He was accused of providing accommodation to the accused in Murree, however, this allegation could not be confirmed during the investigation.
According to the challan, police officer Ghalib has been declared absconding, while the accused Shahid Sattar, Muhammad Saleem, Aleem and Wazir Muhammad have been shown arrested. Moreover, Muneeb Butt, Mohsin Rajpar and Abdul Rehman Chandio are on bail in this case.
