According to the details, Dr. Nabiha Ali filed for divorce through her lawyer Chaudhry Mudassar Advocate.
She presented the position to the court that her husband, Haris Khokhar, did not have a good character because he abused her and also used to torture her.
She maintains that her husband treats her like an animal and now she does not want to live with him in a married life.
A request was made in the court that an immediate order be issued for the issuance of a divorce decree.
