Lahore Police presented accused Raza Dar, Sikandar Khan, Hassan Raza and Sajid Ali, arrested in the case of alleged rape and kidnapping of 2 foreign women, in the court of Judicial Magistrate Azhar Mahmood after their physical remand expired.
During the hearing, the public prosecutor requested that the laptop, weapons and vehicle be recovered, and the accused be given an additional 9 days of physical remand.
Lawyer Salman Shahid appeared on behalf of the 2 accused Sikandar and Sajid. He argued that the accused Sajid is a security guard and belongs to a poor family, while Sikandar has a personal business, both the accused are not named in the case, but they were arrested in the light of the supplementary statement.
The lawyer said that the poor are being trapped to save the big accused, the main accused is the boss but he has not been produced in any court yet.
After the hearing, the court granted the physical remand of the accused for another 5 days.
