Lahore: 23 more rare flamingos nest on Rakh Khanpur lakes, taking the number to 43

Chief Wildlife Ranger Captain (R) Muhammad Waseem said that due to effective protection and better arrangements, the water bodies of Punjab are becoming attractive habitats for rare water birds.

He said that the continuous hard work of the Wildlife Rangers has started yielding positive results and this success is the fruit of the efforts made for the protection of wildlife.

The Chief Wildlife Ranger said that the protection of natural resources and wildlife in Punjab will be ensured at all costs, while the protection of wildlife habitats and the animals and birds living in them is our first responsibility.
