Radio Pakistan Lahore hosted a dignified and spiritually uplifting gathering to commemorate the blessed birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), with renowned religious scholar Khalid Abbas Dar and Dr. Pir Tariq Sharif Zada attending as chief guests.
The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by renowned Naat Khawans presenting devotional tributes in praise of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
Khalid Abbas Dar, Dr. Pir Tariq Sharif Zada and Dr. Ahmer Sohail Basra spoke on the Seerah, exemplary character and teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). They emphasized that the life and teachings of the Prophet (PBUH) provide a complete guide for humanity, and that true success lies in following his noble example.
The gathering concluded with cake-cutting to celebrate the blessed arrival of the Prophet (PBUH), followed by special prayers for the security and prosperity of Pakistan, the success of the armed forces, the progress of Radio Pakistan, and the unity and well-being of the Muslim Ummah.
Renowned religious scholar Afzal Mishkat served as the host, while Producers Fauzia Sultana and Ghazala Zia coordinated the event.
