What is the ideal time to walk for good heart health?

Most of us don’t think of walking as something we do every day, but this habit is a great way to get exercise.

It has already been proven that spending too much time sitting can lead to many diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.

That is why including walking in your daily routine can reduce your risk of many diseases.

In particular, this habit reduces the risk of heart disease, including heart attack and stroke. But the question is, what is the best time to walk to improve heart health?

The answer has come out in a medical study conducted in the United States. A study by the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School showed that walking for 30 minutes daily protects heart health, but doing so at a specific time is more beneficial.

The study examined data from smartwatches of more than 14,000 people, collected over a year. The study found that people who exercised between 7 and 8 am had the lowest risk of cardiovascular disease.

According to the study, exercising in the morning reduced the risk of heart disease by 31 percent, type 2 diabetes by 30 percent, obesity by 35 percent, and high blood pressure by 18 percent. This risk was further reduced if more physical activity was done throughout the day.

So, walking between 7 and 8 am is the best time for good heart health. This is not the first study to discuss the effects of walking hours on physical health.

Earlier, a 2012 study highlighted the effects of walking in the morning. This study found that people who walk in the morning have a reduced appetite while they remain physically active throughout the day.

Other research reports have shown that exercising in the morning, such as walking, can increase the feeling of physical energy. Exercising in the morning increases blood flow and has positive effects on health, however, it is very difficult for people who stay up late at night to walk at this time.

As for walking in the afternoon, research has also been done in this regard. According to one study, if you work in a job that requires you to spend a lot of time sitting, it is important to get up from your chair and walk after some time.

According to experts, walking also gives people the opportunity to meet their office colleagues while improving blood flow, which helps them focus on work. Similarly, if there is drowsiness in the afternoon, walking can help prevent it and also reduce stress.

Some research reports have shown that walking in the afternoon helps improve physical and mental performance. Physical activity at this time also helps suppress appetite and it is also possible to control body weight. As for walking in the evening, it helps to relieve fatigue throughout the day.

Walking at this time helps to control the desire to eat something at random and walking after dinner keeps blood sugar levels stable.
