Peshawar: Woman arrested for allegedly throwing acid on young man for refusing marriage
According to police, the woman named in the FIR has been taken into custody. The accused allegedly injured herself while throwing acid on the young man. The acid burned the hands, feet and other parts of the body of the accused. Police say that after being discharged from the hospital, the accused will be remanded and questioned.
According to police officials, the woman allegedly threw acid on the young man for refusing marriage, after which a case of the incident was registered at Chamkani police station yesterday.
